To make the experience even more special, schools and parents can choose from a variety of beautiful backdrop options, including classic colors, modern gradients, and even school-themed backgrounds. For kindergarten and graduation portraits, cap and gown colors can also be selected, allowing each school to coordinate a look that fits their style and celebration.

Picture day should feel easy for schools and fun for children. I work closely with each school to plan a portrait day that fits seamlessly into the rhythm of your schedule.
Every school is different, so we coordinate the best approach for your students, staff, and classrooms.

• Staggered scheduling options – Some schools choose two mornings for portraits, while others select their most attended day with an additional 45-minute makeup session for any absent students or staff.
• Parent permission form provided – Parents receive a simple form ahead of time to grant permission and select their portrait options.
• Easy, organized setup – On picture day, I arrive early and set up a clean portrait station with a digital screen backdrop, keeping the space simple, professional, and unobtrusive within the school environment.
• Quick and efficient portraits – Each child spends about 5 minutes in front of the camera. During that time we capture a few natural poses with genuine smiles and authentic expressions.
• Minimal classroom disruption – Children are brought in one at a time or by small groups so teachers can keep their classrooms running smoothly.

After picture day, parents will receive access to a private online proofing gallery.
From there, the process is easy:
• View your child’s portrait proofs
• Select your favorite images
• Choose digital images, prints, or other portrait products
Once selections are made, the final edited gallery will be delivered digitally, making it simple to download images or order prints for family and keepsakes.
Before portrait day, parents will receive a quick and easy form that allows them to customize their child’s portrait experience ahead of time.
Parents can choose:
• Background color options (modern color backdrops or gradients)
• School-themed background option
• Classroom portrait option
• Cap and gown color choice for kindergarten or graduation portraits
This allows picture day to run smoothly while ensuring each child’s portrait is personalized and exactly what families want. No payment is due until the final gallery arrives. Parents will then be able to purchase their selections as digital files or as prints.
